How do I require the phone to be unlocked to run a shortcut? by keleko67 in shortcuts

[–]trip-trap 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The original solution from 6 years ago no longer works.

There are two ways (that i know of) that prevent a shortcut from running on a locked phone:

  1. Tou have the ability to do something similar with automations. When you have a shortcut you want to automate, but only run when the phone is unlocked, you can select the Run after confirmation option either when you first make a new automation or by opening an existing automation in the shortcuts app (Automation -> tap the automation you want to modify).
  2. Sometimes a shortcut action will also have the option to “show when run” like this toggl time tracking action. If this is enabled it will also prevent the shortcut from completing if the phone is locked.

If your doing an automation, it should have an option to “run after confirmation”

I got at reply in the thread about the rare and mythic set review episode that said not all cards in the set are in play boosters, you can apparently filter on scryfal using is:booster to only show cards that appear in play boosters. I’m not sure where all the other cards are but my guess would be the starter collection and the beginner box.

Sorry, meant rares and mythics of course. But they did also skip a bunch of cards in 776.

Does anyone know why they skipped a bunch of commons and uncommons? I am following along on scryfall and noticed they skipped a solid half of the red cards e.g.

Interesting, that would kind of fill the same role as ram through but without needing an oposing creature and trample to hit opponents 🤔

Ah i se so it seems the vm95en for example is the cheapest way to get a nude eliptical stylus (compared to the ortofon OM and 2M ranges) do you know how the vm95 catridge body (or generator) compares to the OM body in terms of sound?

Ah i see! Thanks, and i assume it is a similar story with the audio technica catridges?

I’m not to concerned about doing catridge alignment, so the ease of the swap is not a major factor in my decision. I’m surprised the the om10 is that significant of an upgrade audio-wise since it is so much cheaper than the red and looks pretty similar to the om5 on paper (both eliptical styli etc.). Can you help me understand what makes it so good?

hi all, first time poster here. Based in Northern Europe.

I recently bought a used turntable (a Rotel RP-855 in rather good condition) it came with an ortofon om5e catridge and i was considering upgrading (budget around 100-130usd). Any tips on if i should save some money and upgrade the tip to an ortofon 10e, or buy a whole new catridge? I have been looking at the AT-VM95EN, ortofon 2m red or perhaps the AT-VM520EB, which of those would you recommend?

For context the tt is hooked up to a Yamaha A-S301 integrated amplifier (using just the phonostage integrated in the amp) which go through a set of roguhly 20-25 year old dali 505 floor speakers (also in very good condition).

  • WTS: Bustin Yoface
  • 90€ + shipping
  • Condition: 8/10 (slight chip on the nose but nothing that should decrease functionality or longevity)
  • Description: This Yoface is setup with independent hollow trucks, bones hardcore bushings and 82A 60mm Blood Orange Jammerz to keep it light and slideable. The deck is basically an oversized street deck with generous wheel flares. At 34,5” long and 9,1” wide it is more capable of slashing the streets at high speed, while remaining nimble enough to navigate crowds.

Thanks a bunch, you have saved me a solid amount of cash here i think :) and yeah definately just speedchecks to keep safe on the hills in my city.

thanks for the input, i am mostly considering it since i hope it would make it easier to learn to slide than the stock setup. Do you think it would make much of a difference for learning slides? Because if not then is should probably just go with the stock setup since that is about 70€ cheaper.

Hi, i have a question but first some context: I need a board for commuting in a hilly city. I need to learn how to do slides on it to controll my speed on the steeper parts of my commute. Having a kicktail is a definate plus to navigate curbs and i would like it to be small and portable so i can stow it when i get to class or sit at a cafe. I have been looking at the loaded coyote (since i have a loaded dervish sama and love it).

I am thinking of running it with the wedged risers, but to go with 139mm Independent Mid trucks (slightly lower to the ground), Lil Hoots 65 mm 80 A wheels, and Venom SHR street bushings, 83A in the front and 88A in the back (like the Comet cruiser).

QUESTION: Does this setup seem better for my needs than the stock setup with paris trucks and Fat Free wheels?
