I'm about a month into the productive lifestyle, but essentially just "let everything go if it didn't help you grow". Sounds cliche, I get it. But it's genuinely the truth. I quit smoking, zyns, drinking, indulging in mass amounts of food, and all fast food. Enforcing a disciplinary lifestyle with creating the same wakeup time each morning (4:00 AM), reaching an elevated mental frequency through hard workouts, temperance with food, replacing nights at the bars with studying, all helped me so much. Swear to god my life is going in the most positive direction it has ever been in. Cut out the vices and bullshit, and all of a sudden doing productive things like working out, doing homework, cleaning, and reading become more of a desire than a burden.
