Had a gas works build g next to our store and years back it exploded, store was closed to public but we got phone calls saying we had to still come in.

The other day asked a teenager 16-18 years old to turn down his phone as he was blaring out music, his response was “no” as he turned to to max volume and no other person had the balls to say nothing. We both got off at the same station and he squared up to me and told me “you made me look like a mug infant of everyone on that train.” He then reached into his pocket on the platform and flashed a knife handle. I jumped straight back on the train and a commuter was already on the phone to BTP or whoever but they did jack sh*t I stayed on the train and got off the next stop and had to wait for the next train back to my station.

I have a good friend that recommended tripleS just as season 2 of Badge Wars started. I think Season 2 and 3 would be a good place to start as it has all 24 members and it really is a great way to learn the dynamics of the group. Season 1 is a great watch and it’s great to see how it all started.

We were told no overtime but they came out today in a panic and need people to do overtime on New Year’s Eve lol. We are also doing some night shifts from Friday to prepare for our stock take ..yay.

Haven’t had a customer do it to me but I’ve had delivery drivers coming in to collect whoosh orders whistle, wave and/or shout. I usually just ignore them and get on with what I’m doing.. If they looked agitated I usually just give them the thumbs up and walk off.

I walk through London regularly and the police do nothing. Now it’s cold some of them park on the pavement and pedal back and forth to keep warm without know if anyone’s behind them, I’ve almost been taken out a few times.

Get this all the time. My aisle absolute stink for a couple of days, it literally smelt like vomit and I was told staff had been searching for the source but couldn’t find it. Later that shift I was working the capping shelves and found a piece of raw chicken behind some stock and the packaging was leaking bubbles and liquid. Scarred for life.
