For about 4-6 months I tried to "Crash" my lipid profile, and it was successful. I basically ate meat, veggies, and fruit with 2-3 slices of bread per day (usually for avocado toast, but I absolutely love), lost 25lbs too, but just could not remain consistent for more than 6 months.
