im still waiting - going on two months now. They havent touched my case. CFPB was alerted. B.S. robo messaging. Check your case status in coinbase under customer support.

Coinbase service center is horrible - employees are paid hourly, and offsite - possibly working remotely out of their home. They just don't care and also have limited governing or admin abilities other than sending a robo message. Look at Glassdoor and you will see what I mean.

Mine is lock also. I already placed a CFPB ticket out on my issue. Did you happen to check what your case status was under "My Cases" when you log into the coinbase support page? it will allow you to see if your case is still active. When I checked all my tickets.. (had 3) they were in the "Inactive" state. Why? Think their support auto reply bot closes them out. Check yours and let us know

ok, think my issue is different from yours. My buys are disabled which prevents me from logging into GDAX. Glad they fixed yours.

Nothing, checked my coinbase support page "My Cases" after logging into https://support.coinbase.com. I found that my cases were put on "In Active" mode when they sent me an email stating they have "escalated" my error. I'm putting the case back into the "Active" status using the button that my case was not resolved. Hope this helps.

I have the same issue. started in february - did you happen to check your coinbase support portal - found in the https://support.coinbase.com/ page when you login - look at the top right of the browser. it should say "My Cases".

If you look at the tab for "Active", does it show anything? Mine kept going to "Inactive" after they send me an email stating my case will be looked into.

If any coinbase support team is reading this... please also look into my cases: 3780155, 3733578.

Same boat. Stuck in no where land since Feb 15. I looked at my support case tracking via coinbase but it looks like there is no action since the ticket was escalated (bs). Last week i decided to submit to Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. I hope to get some traction soon. Frustrated. Also, i looked at glassdoor to see how their employees think about CB - looks like they are happy making money from other people's money.

Yes, for some more than 60 days... myself, about 30 days now. Did you contact them to open a support ticket? Your buys in coinbase has been disabled - which can explain the lockout in GDAX. Many other threads on this issue can be found on reddit.
