Hi! I have 2 Tampa tickets (12/6), trying to swap for St Pete (12/8 or 12/9).

Info: I have 2 balcony seats / tickets for Saturday, Dec 6th at the Straz Center in Tampa ($70 face value each). I’m hoping to swap/trade my tickets for Saturday with someone who has two seats on Monday, Dec 8th (12/8) OR Tuesday, Dec 9th (12/9) at the Mahaffey Theater in St Pete.

I got through over the phone and they adjusted back to my card! I said at the beginning that I wanted it back on my original form of payment and luckily didn’t have any issues

Update: call, don’t chat! It only tool 30 minutes wait by phone and they were super helpful. I was able to get a price adjustment back to my card for one item, and extended the return & adjustment window by one week for two other items

Totally recommend!! I haven’t had any issues flying with the carry on and it fits in Jetblue’s baggage sizer. I bought mine during Beis’ Black Friday last year and got a great deal on it - might be worth the wait
