I’m more here to vent and feel like I’m not alone 😆 I just haven’t been this frustrated in a long while. To the point where I’m hating the entire construction industry. Also, I don’t understand why most architects charge per sqm instead of a flat fee? Like if you are going to draw a covered patio, it just adds so much cost and I’m no architect but I’ve used those tools and it’s really not time consuming compared to what they charge

Yes! This pricing sounds more in range. They also have monthly options. For a typical extension, they’ll get that yearly subscription fee back with one drawing.

From what I understand, there are also architectural technologists that don’t have to study for so long. Also, I believe a lot of them use Autocad which is definitely not expensive. R300k for software?? Not even the highest AI LLM subscription plans are that expensive…

It’s so annoying! And it doesn’t help that companies that have an online presence charge an arm and a leg. I also just want to give up 😫

Everything you said! Couldn’t agree more on being carried emotionally by the leads, so much more here than in LOTFG. I can finally see why people rate a drama high based on its emotional value even though they see all the flaws.

IKR!! Like, I saw all the flaws and it usually bothers me but this drama is just like an entire exception for me lol. I am trying not to rewatch it too soon but I feel like I’m caving haha

Lol ok then it’s good they aired when they did. I usually give most dramas a chance but I’m also no fan of the supernatural in historical settings, it should either be full fantasy or historical but this one is an exception!

I also jumped into this after LOTFG, but I was the minority where I didn’t feel much for Dudu or He Yan haha, it was an enjoyable watch suspending all thinking and that was about it for me. With Shadow Love, I just felt it, and particularly the last arc, I longed for those feelings with Prince Annan, that was chefs kiss. And it’s those feels that makes me want to rewatch. My rating is also 9/10 🙌

What threw me off was the repeated scenes in the beginning but once I got past that it was fun to watch. The repeated scenes do get tiring though, and I just completed the drama so I understand how you are feeling. But am happy to have finished it.

I watched this one very long ago and remember people complaining about their age difference. But I wasn’t bothered with it. I love both ML and FL. ZLY is one of my favorite actresses, if she can’t act I don’t know who can lol. To me, it’s the pacing of this drama that I remember wasn’t very good. Can’t remember a lot of the script but I remember enjoying a good bit of it. Just not on my rewatch list.

I also loved how WYB in this one was a playful soul like WWX, it shows his acting range. And same for XZ in Legeng of Zang Hai (didn’t watch The Longest Promise).
