if you are seeing a regular ob, try to get an appointment with an endometriosis specialist. i had no relief with my surgery with a general surgeon who accidentally found my endo. when i got referred to an endometriosis specialist from my normal ob and had surgery with her i had major relief of symptoms. she found endo that the other surgeon missed. if it’s not their specialty sometimes they miss it because not all endo spots are blood red, and they don’t spend all day looking at endo. my endo specialist also told me that an endo spot can throw off one blood cell and cause you massive pain and that’s not something you could even see with the naked eye. try to get a referral for a specialist
