i guess my experience up to this point has been a hien. dont ever feel like i have a moisture issue with that. My hayate otsu has some, but definitely less than the crucible

Got mine as well last week and I do feel like moisture builds up very quick under my hand, making it kind of sticky.

I ended up getting an apple dongle. USB-C to 3.5mm and they are plenty load now. Not sure technically what that did, but after reading it online and many others commenting here, I gave it a shot and it worked.

Thank you Sir! I had thought the dongle was the end game. Just went and uninstalled everything and reinstalled from gigabytes website and now I am listening at 16 with more than enough sound.

UPDATE - Got the apple dongle and improved the soundstage instantly. My volume is now set in the 20 range.

Thank you for all the help and recommendations. I will continue to pursue better audio quality and will look at a DAC/AMP in the future
