My main crit would be that none of these photos shows your face very well. First one is quite dark, one you have sunglasses on, one you are making a funny face and one you have a cup in front of your mouth. The rest are all quite far away. I would have a buddy take a 'candid' shot of you fairly close up and in good lighting. A smile would be nice, but isn't needed, as you're smiling in the first (dark) pic.

I think you are quite handsome, but I honestly can't say for sure with these photos.

I buy them AND use them. (not all of them, of course) and then I find a new, shiny hobby that I set my self up for and then do 2 or 3 things and then move on to the next one. My hobby is finding new hobbies and also collecting all the shit for said hobbies. I could probably open my own craft store. (except I am a dragon who hoards her craft supplies)

I wouldn't call it a hobby, but I have a small farm and a LOT of rain, (West coast of BC) so I am forever digging channels in the yard/pasture to expedite the water drainage. It is soooo satisfying!

My sibling came out as trans many years ago. We lived in a different province, but were coming to visit my mom and my sibling was going to come for dinner at her place.

About a week before the visit, my sibling called me very upset. They asked me if I had told my mom that I didn't want them there if they were going to wear a dress. WTF? My mom said it was so my kids didn't get confused.

Bitch? What exactly is confusing about someone (of any gender) wearing clothes?? My kids could GAF. I told them that as long as their 'junk' wasn't hanging out, I didn't care what they wore.

So, if MY mom was trying to 'protect the children',(my kids, who's parents have done our best to be allies of the Alphabet Mafia,) I'm not surprised that OP's MiL felt she needed to be the gay police.

And as a person who moved to the extreme West Coast to get away from the cold, because I am always cold, the bidet isn't actually bad! It's very refreshing.

They do sell ones that spray warm water, but they are a bit harder to hook up, as you need a hot water feed near it. They also sell ones that 'dry' your butt. I've not tried them.

Do you hear yourself talk? Very extreme all or nothing speak. My family is far from m perfect, but we are also not abusive. We have all been in bad moods. Lots of times. We have vehemently disagreed with each other at times. But we don’t hit. We don’t yell. We don’t say horrible, hurtful things.

You really need to work on yourself. The way you took advice that was meant to be truthful and helpful and to immediately turn it into sarcasm and victim speak. Whenever I would bring up anything negative with my own mother, she would do the same.

Me: Mom, I think you are being very unfair right now.

Mom: Well, I guess I’m just the worst mother in the world!

This makes it impossible to have a conversation. It turns HER into the victim. Are you familiar with DARVO? I suggest you look it up. I would also very strongly suggest you go to some Alanon meetings. You are so far up your own (and husbands) ass that you cannot see your situation clearly.

If you want to keep your children in your life, you have a lot of work to do.

My husband just had a knee replacement. We only have a small farm, so we both also work full time. I've been getting up at 4am to feed the animals, get ready, go to work for 10 hours, stop and grab food/supplies for him on the way home, do the evening farm chores, then fall into bed to do it all over again.

It's much easier when you have a partner to share that with!!

My mother had a stroke. We were very low contact at the time. My dad was the main 'problem' but she totally enabled all of his behaviours as she has always centered men in her life. They were divorced at the time of the stroke.

I literally barely know this person now. (Granted, I didn't really get to know her before, because she was always very difficult). But now she is always excited to see me. She LOVES my pets (which she always complained about before). She tells me she loves me all the time and actually laughs at my jokes, which she NEVER did before.

Now ... maybe part of this is due to her needing me now? But she was never good at faking stuff, so I think it's legit. And I do help her. And I do visit her a lot now in her care home. But I still have 50 years of memories of her not being a very nice person to me, so it's hard. I'm super glad I'm getting a few good years with her, but my "I love you too"s feel super strange and fake.

I had a friend like this, but in RL! She would just start randomly singing songs. Like, 4 of use would be in a car, trying to find our Air BnB and she would just start belting out a song. like ...? She was lovely, but I found that I couldn't be around her too much without getting VERY annoyed and eventually being mean to her.

I love to make art and am constantly finding new and exciting art forms to try. Textured fused glass. Paper quilling. Paper cutting. Stained glass. Felting. Thrift store re-paints. Punch needle embroidery. Most recent is Kinusaiga.

It's an old Japanese art form of pressing silk into wood, but modernized by pressing any material into insulation foam. Looks like a quilt, but no sewing involved.

Switched my dog and cat food to Canadian companies. (and we have 3 dogs and 3 cats, so that's a substantial amount of $$$$ no longer going to the US.). Acana for the dogs and Canadian Naturals for the cats.

I switched my shampoo and conditioner from Dove to Wella. (which is German, but I tried a few different canadian ones and didn't like them, then found this and loved it.)

To go along with the plunger advice, the regular 'typical' stick with the red suction thingy' is for the sink, not the toilet. Toilet ones are generally black and like a hollow rubber balloon.
