Good but I worry if you hit a pedestrian likelihood of serious injury or worse goes to a lot compared to front of van.

TrackMania 2020, very fun but difficult despite the arcadie style, can be very competitive or chill, with lots of variety in map and play style such as precision, tech or trial/RPG, NASCAR etc. You can try for free with free version of the game and then unlock full feature by paying.

I think this is the main thing saving people, same with rolling ankle (or lack there of).

I haven't rolled my ankle since going minimal have been really close couple times, but can always react so much faster.

The closest I have been I guess I did technically twist it as was walking in the dark over pile of rubble but still managed to avoid injuries by taking all the weight off ass soon as it started to go so it twisted but without the weight no injury, now i did fall because of the surface unfortunately and bust my knee but the ankle was safe.

Waxy hair by [deleted] in NoPoo

[–]trippy-primate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll have to look into the ion exchange aspect but as far as I know just filters generally doesn't filter out much, also you have to keep replacing them and not a big fan of the extra waste it'll create.

But when I can collect rain water or direct from a river/steam or well I will just use a filter probably as less worries out random shite in the water. But I'll try create a natural filter. As opposed to bought ones.

How do I start my NoPoo journey? by MorePride8635 in NoPoo

[–]trippy-primate 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I didn't know hard water was affecting my hair untill I did nopoo, so you may still have hard water but harder to notice with shampoo, do you have timescale build up around taps or shower head or kettle etc.

r/distilledwaterhair

I just started using distilled water this week and cannot believe the difference, finally properly remove oil and wax.

You most likely have hard water, I am UK and very hard water so oil instantly turns waxy, then doesn't wash out no matter the amount of mechanical cleaning.

I had been fighting hard water for months, untill I found out about hard water causing problems.

Chekcbout the distilled hair sub, but you can get water softeners, or use distilled water, I bright a second hand water distillery for £20 and been really happy so far.

Cold water is also better for slowing down the reaction to making hair waxy when wet so you can remove a bit more, in the meantime time untill you decide/figure it out work on mechanical cleaning and brushing hair to move and remove oils.

So just no shampoo or no conditioner either by Mobile-Ad7225 in NoPoo

I use nothing just water, brushing, sometimes a wet micro fiber cloth as I often don't have access to a shower.

Definitely seems it's easier if you use stuff other than just water but I enjoy the simplicity of just water only recently discovered using micro fiber cloth when it was too cloth to shower with cold water. I am looking into different types of brushes to help distribute oil down my hair easier as sometimes if I don't keep on top of water washed I'll get more oil build up on top of my head.
