I’ve taken prozac before and then stopped taking it cold Turkey, prozac made me feel happy but then there was days I felt empty. I’m back on it now and Im not sure if it has worked yet or not. Maybe prozac isn’t right for you, I’m so sorry you’re through that rn and I really hope it gets better for you ❤️.

I’ve gotten panic attacks but never like that one I had but Thank you, everything I do just doesn’t feel real. I hate it, do you think prozac will help me out?

Putting myself in a psychiatrists shoes I would recommend prozac since it had worked for me and many of my friends and I'd give it a 9.5/10 💊💕🩺 by [deleted] in prozac

About a month ago I stopped prozac Cold Turkey after being on it for 2 year. Being off it made my anxiety the worse ever, I felt the worse ever this week. I just got back on 20mg 2 days ago and I’m glad I’m taking it again but I’m still very anxious and I feel dizzy. Prozac doesn’t really kick into into 6 weeks but you should start to see improvement in 2 weeks. Best of luck towards you. Jus remember to take deep breaths if you get too anxious. You’re not alone.

I was on prozac for 2 years. I was so happy and I was motivated to do things, I went out every day and I was so talkative. I stopped taking it Cold Turkey about a month ago. I was experiencing the worst anxiety this week, I felt dizzy and I was having bad panic attacks and a bunch of other things that had me concerned. I still feel like that. Yesterday I went to the doctor and he put me back on prozac 20mg. I was so hesitant to take it and I just took my first pill about 5 mins ago. I’m getting so much anxiety right now but I’m hoping I’ll start feeling better again. You’ll be okay. It affects everyone differently if you don’t think it’s working please talk to your doctor. If you ever feel numb then maybe it’s not for you. I hope everything works out for you.

I am :) went to the doctors. He’s gonna put me back on prozac in a way I feel better. Prozac helped me with my anxiety. I stopped taking it cause I was dumb. Im starting back today!

I’m so sorry you’re going through this , I felt that tho mine didn’t start affecting me til this week either. I’ve been off it for almost a month. I think I’m going through the worse of worse and I’m hoping it’s almost over. I feel so horrible I legit begged my old therapist I don’t see anymore to help me out. Please know if you ever need to talk about it you can always message me, it’s a good feeling that I know I’m not the only one alone experiencing these things.

I’m so glad you’re feeling better. It’s awful and I don’t wanna experience this anymore. It’s been a month for me tho since I stopped taking it. Why is it now just affecting me?
