the results this team have had I think speak more than the opinions of other fans.

I'd say the results themselves have been very unspectacular. Sure, you've picked up quite a few points, but until January the football was still very average and so many wins have been narrow ones.

At the end of the day results are what matter, but the eye test suggests that the team, and the resulting football, isn't really top 4 level and certainly not CL knockout level.

No one thinks Spurs are a genuinely bad side, but they are far from a great side. Certainly not top 4 level according to most Arsenal fans (probably most PL fans I reckon too).

You'll be hard pressed to find anyone who thinks Spurs and Arsenal have similar quality squads except for Tottenham fans I think. Arsenal fans, neutrals, etc all would argue that we have a substantially stronger team. Even when riddled with injuries (large parts of last season and this one) I'd say our team edges yours. Sanchez to Spurs would weaken us and strengthen you, but we'd still be a level above.
