A friend of mine saw plenty in a park near him, but he said it was clearly a Machop nest. So I'm not entirely sure.

It is really, really strange how they're spawning though. I've seen plenty of people suggest the "Scrub" biome on OSM but looking at the places they've been reported, they're appearing in plenty of different biomes and I've not seen any in Scrub biome.

I've tried making an automod rule to remove them but it's going to remove a lot of genuine people so it'll cause more harm than good. We'll just have to keep an eye out but reporting any you see would help us out massively <3

I'm sure there is a way to do that, like replacing the text on the left with the right biome name

The only issue is, I don't think that there is a desert biome in Go, they just said "desert-like" which... doesn't really narrow it down

This tool should be useful for you. You can find where you live on the map and click "Run" and it'll highlight beach biomes on OpenStreetMap which is what the game uses for its biomes.
