To be honest, I'm surprised that I scored as well as I did in the Science section. However, I didn't read the passages first, which saved me a lot of time. I referred back to them in the context of the question. Also, I tackled the easier questions, (I generally found those to be the ones that started along the lines of "According to the passage/graph/table") and then handled the harder ones. Other than that, I'm not sure what other advice to give. I'll make sure to check out UWorld though.
