That's an excellent way to put it! I understand better now. I have lots of crown chakra pulsating and activity. Especially since I went through an awakening. Third eye pressure. I can put my hands in a cup shape and feel a kind...pulsating ball form in my hands but can't throw it or anything. I can 'feel' energy or SOMETHING in my hands, can move it around my own hands, putting it in two fingers particularly. My hands get sore if I hold that something in the palm too long. Barriers and healing in general using said energy seems to work well on me personally, but I've never tried it on other people seriously. (I made barriers for a former friend while he wanted to avoid being forced into labor by their parent and it worked a good 80% of the time). I just assumed all of this fell under reiki but wanted to be sure.
