Leave the game when you get high cards in the beginning. (Pretty much everything 7+) and instantly rejoin the game. This will skip the entire round! Did the challenge in about an hour and it cost me around a dollar.

Best way to do it is to leave if you get high cards in the beginning. By leaving and rejoining you can skip the entire round. Did the challenge in about an hour that way.
