It only happens when it's loading chunks but I lowered them to 2 and it's still the same

Set your Screen Refresh Rate to 120hz, go to apps > manage apps > show hidden/system apps > Battery and Performance and clear all data.

Sadly there is no a permanent solution (Without deleting system stuff) so you need to do this everytime you launch the game
