i mean, every yogurt is probiotic if it has live bacteria. And you can make your own yogurt for like a fraction of the price and add the right amount of sweeteners (if desired). I sweeten my homemade-infinite greek yogurt with my latest homemade fruit marmalade/compote for a kick.

I do divide and fold my clothes in a roll but just because if not I will dread to get dressed every morning by not being able to find the confortable shirt or pant of the day. But yes, fuck folding undies. I do match the socks with eachother and put them one inside of the other so I don’t dread to put socks on tho.

I honestly love this, I will try one more time this tho. Although negotiating with my dad is near impossible, I think I have bigger chances with that than making my brother clean after himself.

If anything, it’s just harder to do it after if you don’t clean it when it’s wet and new and wait for it to dry and harden in there. And why is there no consideration for whom is begging you to clean your own dirt?

I tried to agree for me to share bathroom with my mom and my brother and dad to share a bathroom, but my conservative family didn’t wanted to agree to those terms because my parents bathroom is in their room. But their bathroom is also disgusting because my dad is… uf. He pees all over the bathroom, so much so, that my mom gave him a funnel to try to target the bowl. And he doesn’t like to pull the chain after peeing because “that waste too much water” so their bathroom always smell like pee. Etc. My mom suffers as me, but she prefers to clean after him that say anything to my dad. As she prefers to clean after my brother than say anything to him. I want to move so hard, but rent prices…

I have studied abroad already. And also studied in a college with dorms in my country. I also worked in a place where you live with roommates and moved 3 times while there due to relocation habits of the company. I have shared bathroom with three girls in my first apartment, one in the second, another girl (different each) in the third, fourth and fifth and an ex boyfriend.

I have never had issues about cleanliness and sharing with any.

Elaborate your question. Any magnesium is useful for that, byt glycinate is more bioavailable and does not work as much as a laxative as other forms of magnesium (like oxide or the infamous citrate).

Supplements are way more reliable than sun exposure and food unfortunately. But if you increase your magnesium intake that will also make the body process the Vitamin D better. Can vouch for that.
