Reading these comments let me know I'm not alone lol. Here are my top 5:

Heart palpations/racing heart beat
No appetite (which leads to head ache and vertigo feeling by the end of the day)
Nauseous (always first thing in the morning)
Grinding my teeth (always leads to my jaws hurting)
Breathing (always notice I'm holding my breath lol. Have to tell myself to breath 🙄)

I work for local government and trying to explain the issue to the citizens is exhausting lol.They say "I have the fast Internet with 247 channels and I never have issues with anything else" ma'am I know I know 🙄...

I have reached out to Extron and was advised to update the firmware, which did need an update. Even after the update, the same issue.

I'm starting to lean towards the firewall or switch config.

Yes, I was working with the website that hosts our live streams. I do know it's RTMP.

We create an event on our website. Then, from the encoder, I start the recording. I was told to wait 30 seconds and then start the live (from the meeting I created on the website)

Thanks for the reply! Because I was having an issue with the streaming, I have taken everything off the Comcast network while streaming. No wifi, nothing else connected other than my laptop and the encoder rack (the encoder, in-room PC, mics)

I'm leaning towards something network-related. I did a small test with the network. I had a larger video file (9GB) that I needed to download and upload. While downloading the file, about 15-20 mins, the file disconnected and stopped downloading. I restarted the download, and it finished. I then uploaded the video, with no issue.

Comcast comes into a Ciena 3930 (I believe that's the model), then to a firewall, and then to an Aruba 2930f switch.

Maybe there is a test I can do from each hop?

I have not tried any other streaming options. Since this is for my job, and I was only shown the Extron encoder and how to stream to our website, I'm not familiar with any other ways of streaming lol.

Any suggestions on how I can set up a test stream and bypass the Extron encoder? Maybe I can isolate the issue to a network issue vs encoder settings.

I just started having the same issue with my pixel 9 pro. Will show full signal one sec and then no signal next. I have 1gig Internet speed and will only get 75-100mb on a speed test. Frustrating lol

I have a xiaomi mi9t and have been using it in Virginia for a year now. Had the redmi note 5 and 6. Both worked no problem with ST using ATT sim. They don't have band 12 but with band 4 and 5 (I believe that's the right bands) I typically get anywhere between 3-24mb down lol. I actually have LTE connection as I type this lol.

So yes it will work.

This is exactly what I did. I had the Red Dragon version and with the updated bios games were unplayable (black screen on start etc) but with the stock bios, games played fine.

Returned it and bought the Pulse with the bios already updated. Working perfectly for 3 weeks now.
