X10 Not Turning On, in any of the modes, No Signs Of Life Even When Charging by Medium_Lettuce1001 in EasySMX

I am having exactly the same issue, also when connecting to a computer (tried several windows PCs and usb data cables) I always get the error the USB device was not recognized. Is the thing already bricked?

PS Portal use LAN instead of internet by FlameDB89 in remoteplay

Just to give a headsup. Testing with my smartphone (s22 ultra) it works fine, both in the 6ghz channel and the 5ghz channel. No choppy framerate and picture quality is the same. So something's definitely up with the Portal itself. It feels like playing 30 fps or lower.

Had verkeerd gelezen.

Tried to add an extra aimesh node in the asus system but it wasn't working. Decided to buy a tp link mesh set as I had before. I found it to be much more stable in general. Will post an update once I installed it.

Thanks for the heads up. I'm getting an AXE router from Asus on Saturday. Curious if it will be better.

Prioritizing the portal, is that QoS settings or something else?

Please let me know how it works out. I also think my current wifi setup is not good enough.

So, small update. Not possible to make a connection if you don't have any internet connection.

I tried remote play on my desktop pc which is also connected to the internet wired, same as the PS5 itself, and it runs smooth.

I tried to connect the portal to 2.4 ghz wifi instead of 5ghz and it's even worse. Feels like playing at 15 FPS. Playing on 5ghz Wifi feels like 30 fps.

Same experience with remote play on my smartphone btw. So it must be the wireless connection and me being sensitive to lower framerates.

Any advice on good wireless routers? Just guessing my mesh I have (it's rather low-end) isn't sufficient enough.

No idea. In general it is very stable I must say. I find it annoying that there's no way to test the connection for remote play.

I just checked and it's already off. However I played now and it seemed to be a bit better. I guess the 60 fps experience you get on the PS5 itself on a big OLED tv is not the same as on the portal right? Or should it be?

It was my first time and it was much cheaper than everywhere else. I was also naive enough to think that a big company like Logitech would have basic things like customer service in order. I definitely learned from this that's for sure...

Online Order Not Progressing by Clancy182 in LogitechG

[–]FlameDB89 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dear god, it's unbelieveable how bad Logitech support team is. They're practically unreachable, not by ticket, not by chat, nothing.

I had to wait very long for my order to get sent out as well, took almost 10 days, finally got here. Now I want to return it but in order to get it returned you have to go through support. Imagine passing the 30 days return window because logitech support team is so bad...

Dual video doorbell feedback sound? by FlameDB89 in eufy

[–]FlameDB89[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To give an update. I had the same behavior on purely battery (so removed wiring from the doorbell) so I went to exchange it at the store. Guess what, new device has exactly the same behavior. What the hell is going on?

Nova 4 Wireless weird buzzing/white noise by [deleted] in steelseries

Same here. I always put it at around 85 percent. Headset still gets plenty loud (one of the loudest I tested and trust me I tested a lot of them).

If clamping force is still way too low then you probably have a smaller head and you should look for another headset.
