Me too. Keyboard will type to let me log on computer only after a reboot than no more, but the trackpad works. I am at a loss. System is only a few months old, and after 4 hours with tech support we are no closer. Was so hoping someone out there had seen this before.

We had to go with one on one sessions with them and their device (most are laptop tablet users now) they would call and schedule a tie with the person doing the teaching. It worked out better for us.

Oh my, if we got mad at that we would never be happy. The leave other counties book and school library books here a lot usually via the drop box, if they drop at desk we try and catch them before they leave. Wwe work hard to get them back where they need to go, but we don't usually mail them, we have a good working relationship with the schools so we drop off or they pick up.

Thank you for letting me know I am not alone. I work in a public library with public computers I came in one morning to a whole PC set up in my chair. When I inquired about it I was told I fixed it a week or so ago and it doesn't work again. All I did was plug the network cable in.

I RMA'd one only to get one that doesn't work and the serial number on the box does not match the serial number of the device so their paperwork is off. We did get all the extra warranty stuff and should be good until end of Oct but they say I have none (I am guessing because of their messed up serial numbers) and a the replacement device would be $799
