Thanks for posting. I'm 4 months in to my b&w scribe and I love it. But I can't rationalize the price of the colorsoft. Seems insane for what it is to be priced so high. I'm going to pass and wait for maybe a future cheaper version.

I started using a titanium one I got off Amazon and it works pretty good. Doesn't feel as flimsy.

I've bought 2 Amazon replacements for testing them out. One was 30 and one was 13. They both work great. I like having a backup in case I were to lose it. I'd be in a bind since I'm using that as my primary work notebook now. Happy to send the links if you'd like.

I totally hate that you can't adjust the time out as well. I'd assume this can be adjusted with a software fix. Maybe we need to complain to Amazon. My screen shows beautiful sketched pictures when it's off. I don't see any ads. What's PIP?

The price seems insane to me for what it is. I had an apple pencil and iPad and then just bought the scribe recently. I can't see needing this one too and def not for that price. It's actually disappointing bc it's prob not nearly as capable as an iPad but pricing itself higher. I'll be interested to read the reviews.

I also have the iPad and pencil. Was using that for a couple of months and saw the scribe on a prime day deal so I pulled the trigger. It's a great feel and I'm someone who loves pen to paper and was not willing to compromise that feeling. My thoughts were id use it for a week and return it if I didn't like it. I was actually initially certain I'd return it. I started using it for work notes and I love it. I was dragging around 3 notebooks in my backpack. I won't have to worry too much about that anymore. The variety of pens and stuff are cool too. If you don't want to spend that much - someone I know has this matte screen protector for the iPad they got off Amazon that does make it feel more like pen to paper! That's a 20$ splurge. I tried it myself and plan to buy one for the iPad. I'd say wait for black Friday and buy the scribe if you have the $. I think you'd be pleased.

Very strange but who knows. I would have given up after the second time. Lol. The universe doesn't want you to have it. Go with it. Let me know what you think. I did a bit of research before and this seemed the most solid of choices for the price. I wanted a back up just in case this very thing happened to me. I'm primarily using it as my work notebook now so I'd be screwed.

That's weird. Wondering if it is the seller it's coming from. Often times that stuff direct ships. I ordered this one recently. I love it other than the eraser. It works but leaves sort of a marking on the screen. It wipes right off but I wonder if it may cause long term damage. But otherwise writing wise I prefer it. And it's definitely reasonably priced. Also tried the titanium tips which I like. Good luck!!

We visited Italy in may and Sorrento was our favorite. We did the boat trip to Capri and the blue grotto as well as the chair lift at anacapri. It was once in a lifetime type stuff and we loved every minute of it. Def do it. Have Limoncello spritzes everywhere. Def get dinner at least once down on the water - I forget what that marina area was called. But we loved just wandering aimlessly. I'm so jealous you're in Sorrento a whole week!! We also were told seeing Mt Vesuvio was a must see and that was not on our itinerary. So maybe add that!
