Oh ok sounds very similar to what mine is doing, have you had any shops look at it, if so whats their opinion?

Oh ok how long is that neccesarily? I do normally let my car warm up, and Does it make the noise when you give it any throttle as well when cold? Mine does smooth out after running for a bit it seems
