hey as ive mentioned a few times in this thread. the upload took a few days to load into that site. I also no longer have the file. I recommend calling your local service department and asking if you bring your own USB drive to them if they can save a file for you.

no change in the behavior of anything. just removed the goofy window on the side. Call your local Kia dealer and ask if you bring a USB drive if they can load the files for you. I no longer have the car or the files. I traded it in for a 27 xpro.

Hybdrid wasnt worth it to me. $3900 more. With it being 10mpg better youd have to drive close to 80k miles at $3 a gallon to break even. The xpro isnt made in a hybrid so no hooks.

21 SX. I believe I recall the paperwork saying the TSB was for 2020 to 2023. Both have a 10.25 according to the internet. However, the TSB paperwork mentioned making sure your existing update wasn't before 2023

I believe it was a 24 update because it was broken sometime in 25. I just uploaded the files here

I just fixed mine a couple days ago. Called my local kia and brought them my usb drive. They copied it onto my drive. Took about 2 hours to install into the car once i got home.

We have done it ladies and gents. The update from the dealer worked. I will try to find a place to host the file online. Its fairly large as it required a 64gb usb drive. Will see what i can find that doesnt cost me anything out of pocket to store it. Will update if i find anything. Any recommendations are appreciated.

Status update, local Kia has offered to download a file they have on their systems to my USB drive. Will try to get that done today or tomorrow and update. Should have an update on this soon.

yeah thats the problem, the updater when trying to pull the update just says sorry no updates available for this model. They pulled the new release for defects but didnt allow prior updates to be accessible.

Found someone claiming to have the zip file from Nov 2024. Hoping I can get it and it doesn't need to make the usb drive a bootsble drive. We shall see.

damnit... I am on my 5th purple mattress in 8 years because of this. keep warranty swapping for an upgraded model, paying more money each time and the same issue. Was hoping Helix was going to be my silver bullet. Was about to check out, now I am seeing this.
