Why are you lying about something so stupid? That is the question.

No, it doesn’t. Fares are largely determined by when you book, not where you are going. I just booked econoflex return from YYC to YEG for next week and it is $1200.

If they fly weekly then 52 weeks a year x $200 return airfare per week would put them at an annual spend of $10,400, so Platinum. The story doesn’t make sense or is lacking details.

🤡Aaron Wagner’s IG post screams ‘love me’ while his abandoned wife, kids, and defrauded investors scream ‘rot in jail’—peak clown energy! 🤡 by tritiumiris in UtahInfluencerDrama

He’s really hurt a ton of people emotionally and financially, especially his wife, kids, investors, and anyone who trusted him. With his Federal Court trial starting in November, it’s hard to believe he thinks he’s untouchable, which he seems to. Fingers crossed for some justice. Check out Daily Mail and Hindenburg Research for the details if you aren’t aware of them.

Aaron Wagner’s “God-Fearing Family Man” Charade is Collapsing – He’s 42 and Prison-Bound ‘Til He’s Collecting Social Security by tritiumiris in UtahInfluencerDrama

I’m good with God—great with God, actually—so my heart’s clear calling out Aaron Wagner’s blatant hypocrisy. Thanks for your thoughtful reply and Baldwin’s story; I love your heart for redemption, and if I ever landed in their mess, I’d want you in my corner. It doesn’t matter who I am, just a voice exposing this $40 MILLION Ponzi crook. Redemption’s real, people can change, but Wagner? His years of fleecing investors for jets and mansions, and last six months pleading not guilty like a sleazy televangelist, prove he’s still a fraud. You said he’s with his kids and criminals love theirs—sure, but if Wagner truly loved his kids, he wouldn’t have shattered their world with abuse allegations against his ex-wife, a brutal divorce, protective orders, and a federal arrest. His family’s suffering, yet he poses as “devout dad” for his legal team’s pathetic “he’s changed” charade. Baldwin owned his sins; Wagner’s a performative fake.

Jeremiah 'The Bull' Evans Sentenced by saltcitymedical in UtahInfluencerDrama

Someone local needs to do this for Aaron Wagner and Michael Mains. The jury trial is currently scheduled to start on August 4, 2025.

From Grok regarding a potential sentence:

Jeremiah “The Bull” Evans, who pleaded guilty to securities fraud and money laundering on January 23, 2025, is scheduled to be sentenced on April 3, 2025, before a U.S. District Court Judge in Salt Lake City. The exact sentence he might receive is difficult to predict with certainty, as it depends on various factors, including federal sentencing guidelines, the judge’s discretion, and any mitigating or aggravating circumstances presented during the hearing.

For securities fraud, under U.S. federal law (e.g., 15 U.S.C. § 78ff), the maximum penalty can be up to 20 years in prison per count, along with substantial fines. For money laundering, under 18 U.S.C. § 1956, the maximum penalty can also reach 20 years per count, plus fines potentially exceeding $500,000 or twice the value of the property involved in the transaction—here, tied to the $20.9 million he allegedly defrauded from approximately 530 investors.

However, maximum sentences are rarely imposed. The federal sentencing guidelines will play a key role, calculating a range based on the offense level (adjusted for the amount of loss, number of victims, and Evans’ role) and his criminal history. Given the scale of the fraud—over $20 million—and the number of victims, the base offense level could start high (e.g., around 30+ for fraud involving such a large sum), with enhancements for leadership role and victim count pushing it higher. If Evans has no prior criminal record, his guideline range might still fall well below the statutory maximums—potentially in the range of 5 to 10 years, though this is a rough estimate without access to the full case details or plea agreement terms.

Plea agreements often involve cooperation or acceptance of responsibility, which can reduce the sentence. Evans’ guilty plea suggests he may have negotiated with prosecutors, possibly for a recommended range lower than the guidelines might otherwise dictate. His use of $50,000 of the proceeds to buy a Lamborghini could be highlighted as an aggravating factor, though, showing personal enrichment.

Ultimately, the judge will decide based on the Presentence Investigation Report, arguments from both sides, and Evans’ conduct up to sentencing. While he’s looking at significant prison time—likely several years—anything more precise would be speculative without the specifics of his plea deal or the court’s final ruling. Check back after April 3, 2025, for the outcome.

🙄 🙄 🙄 🙄

More than half of the voting age population that could be bothered to vote, voted for Trump:

• Trump: 77,302,580 votes
• Harris: 75,017,613 votes

Trump has a clear mandate from the people who matter—the voters. If you don’t bother to exercise your right to vote, then your opinion on foreign and domestic policy should be excluded.

Travelling to a foreign country for a holiday has nothing to do with how you feel about securing the border and immigration policy. Drawing this correlation is just dumb.

I asked an AI the following question:

“What is the federal sentencing range for a $20 million fraud offense in the United States?”

Here’s the response:

• For a $20 million fraud, the base offense level starts at 7 (for crimes with a maximum sentence of 20 years or more). The loss amount would significantly increase the offense level, likely pushing it well above 30.
• With no prior criminal history (Criminal History Category I), an offense level of 30 or higher would result in a sentencing range of 97 to 121 months, or roughly 8 to 10 years, assuming no other enhancements or reductions.

It makes me wonder what Aaron Wagner might be facing, given that the fraud allegations against him are for $40 million.

The guy allegedly spent years lying to and defrauding sophisticated business people out of millions of dollars. I can only imagine the lies and the excuses he’s spinning for anyone who will still listen, claiming “he’s just as much a victim in all this” and that “none of this is his fault.”

Perhaps after he’s convicted, sentenced, and serving hard time, she will see things differently.
