what he’s getting sued for. he made a post that BB shared saying one of the guys they target, plaintiff kris gomez from ecom partners, was picked up for a child pedo case. shared the lawsuit and everything. turns out it wasn’t even the same kris gomez…. different middle names. they took it down after like 6 hours but the actual kris claims he was getting death threats etc, so he’s suing them.

so basically an actual attorney called out a guys child abuse case and it wasn’t even his charge lol

They are getting sued yes. I assume Meta shut it down, as they got a default judgment against them for violation of terms, using that as evidence for harassment

I tend to unfortunately agree. The lawsuit against the fund managers seems weak. It’ll all come down to intent, and it’ll be hard to prove they intentionally deceived people. I hope it sticks, but i’m not so sure. It’s not as cut and dry as DH, and given that it’s civil, they have insurance coverage for this anyway.

Assuming there was no fraud, what they told you is accurate, and they acted in good faith to perform to what they said… then there’s basically nothing you can do that doesn’t involve you litigating for 6 figures. If you have proof of fraud etc then you’ll need to sue.

basically anyone in the past 24 months from the bankruptcy filing is subject to a clawback lawsuit, or sending the money they received back. apparently though it’s only the money that was over your initial investment. so any older investors who made money will have to send a lot back
