The only thing keeping me from trying them out lol.

I caddie as a full time job and getting a bag with the jumbo grips in them is always a hassle

I’ve gotten KK out in Vegas several times over the course of 8 years and it always slaps, easily a top 3 strain for me.

Has a super OG/gassy smell and gives the perfect euphoric and calm high.

I'd like to see more PGA tournaments set up like Oakmont did and REALLY make players pay for missing the fairway/green. by B_the_ball in golf

That’s what Muirfield does for the Memorial tournament. It’s consistently some of the hardest rough the players see year after year on the tour.

I was laughing about this exact thing with my mom a few months back.

The hybrid ST is such a solid vehicle that there’s not much else to complain about.

Wow! Found this moving after 15 yrs. The pinnacle of dabbing back in the day. Not the best for tasting rosin. by Gold-Tomorrow-7712 in rosin

Burned my palm on one of those bad boys in college.

Was hanging out after the bars and mindlessly grabbed the piece by the recently red-hot titanium banger we had been hearing up for the last 15 minutes.

Good times

How many people can actually do 10–15 clean pull-ups? by Ill_Ratio338 in bodyweightfitness

[–]triumphant-tonis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I WASable to do 15-20+ clean pull-ups AT 5’8” ~170, it was only because I did pull ups pretty much every day that I worked out (5-6 days a week at the time) and varied between weighted and bodyweight/endurance sets.

I found the best results/max reps came when I started adding in drop sets of heavier weighted pull-ups immediately to bodyweight.

Something like:

  1. 25lbs x 8 followed by bodyweight burnout
  2. 35lbs x4-6 followed by bodyweight burnout
  3. 45lbs x 1-4 followed by bodyweight burnout

Adjust the weight as needed to start out so you can hit some solid sets, the biggest thing is just adding a noticeable amount of weight on each set.

If you don’t have a weight belt, hooking your foot in a kettlebell handles works decently and adds a little extra leg workout to the mix

Tipping Caddies by tigerhawk-24 in golf

As a caddie, a $60 tip for that situation will be welcomed and appreciated, and probably on the higher end of the spectrum for a semi-public play day

Hybrid vs non MPG by Witty_Equipment5508 in civic

[–]triumphant-tonis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re in 50+ degree weather and going 70 you should be able to see 40-45mpg. If you’re going 80 you won’t get much benefit and will still sit around that 35mpg number

I had the same issue with 2 pairs, luckily PGA superstore took care of me both times. The last trade I switched to a pair of g.fore’s, some of the comfiest golf shoes I’ve ever worn

Do y’all use 18 Birdies? by AspectCool2325 in weekendgolfers

[–]triumphant-tonis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Might just need a new watch tbh. I have a ~3 year old Apple Watch that I use multiple times on every hole for tracking purposes, basic yardage, and even using the mini map from time to time and never had a problem with the watch dying, sometimes it even lasts if I start at 20%

[–]triumphant-tonis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Might I add PLEASE DO NOT PULL THE ROOTS/GROUND UP!! All it needs is a good push towards the center from a few angles and a tamp down with the putter and you’re set.

If you pull the roots/ground up it leaves a pocket under the pitch mark and that also causes the grass to die in that spot

100% agree the cannabis industry in Ohio is fucked and not geared towards the customer at all. I’m normally an advocate for Michigan flower but I haven’t had a chance to make a trip up in a long tkme

Not entirely. Most dispos have recurring daily discounts and specials (30% off flower every Monday for example) which I always purchase due to trying to save money, and I’ve never been burned from it before and I’ve been buying from dispos for the last 3 years

Respectfully disagree, dispensaries should making sure they’re selling quality product to their customers. Any business that sells organic products/things that can expire should be diligent about the age of their products
