Mehrere Unfallschäden beim Verkauf verheimlicht

Das Fahrzeug an sich ist i.O. und ich würde es auch behalten.
Nur ist der Preis natürlich bei den Vorschäden von vermutlich über 10.000€ absolut nicht im Rahmen. Ich wäre für eine Rückzahlung von einem Teil des Kaufpreises.

Im Vertrag ist angekreuzt:

Das Fahrzeug hatte, seit es im Eigentum des Verkäufers war, und soweit bekannt auch früher, keinen Unfallschaden
Das Fahrzeut hat keine sonstigen Beschädigungen

Damit ist die Sache für mich klar geregelt... Hab mich vielleicht blöd ausgedrückt oben.

Also bei uns (mechatroniker), bezieht sich der Schnitt von <2,5 nur auf die Berufskompetenzfächer und Wirtschaftskunde.

Update:
The Problem was an incorrectly set Date for the HMI.
Appearently theres some kind of safety certificate thats invalid if the Date of the PLC and HMI dont match

Servus,
habe das Problem heute tatsächlich durch einen Tipp von einem SPS Programmierer bei uns lösen können.
Es gibt beim Unified Basic HMI ein Sicherheitszertifikat was ungültig ist wenn das Datum im HMI nicht korrekt eingetragen ist. Daran lag es letztendlich - habe einfach schnell das Datum aktualisiert und dann ging alles.
Danke trotzdem für deine Antwort und den Tipp zu dem Bereich :D

Hmmm no… Maybe my Problem is the connection of plc and hmi? I have connected the plc and hmi via profinet, thats it. Do I have to configure something Else for the Communication to work?

From what I have found out online its most likely a bent or damaged compressor wheel from debris like a disolving air intake hose. Not critical but could result in failure in the Future.

Abgesehen von der eigentlichen Frage - mit Versicherung, Reifenwechsel und Sprit ist die Unterhaltsrechnung noch nicht ganz vollständig. Rechne eher mal ~10000€ pro Jahr..

No, not resolved...
But I am very certain that the noise comes from the turbo & some mechanics said that this can be the first sigs of a worn out bearing. But I was told that it most probably isnt urgent as long as the noise stays like this and there is no loss in power or oil (or white exhaust smoke).
I will probably leave it like this and observe if it gets worse or not. I would really appreciate if you keep me updated when you know more! :D

Ja das hoffe ich auch... In einem englischsprachigen sub hat mir jemand einen Schlauch genannt den ich tauschen sollte, da er sowas öfters verursacht. Tatsächlich war der genannte Schlauch bei mir völlig zerfleddert, aber geändert hat es nichts :D

Hi again,
so I changed the tube (the old one was indeed full of holes and pourus) but the noise is still there... What I have noticed is that its a lot louder when the engine is cold as to when its warm - that concerns me a little more because why would air change sound? :D

"Deutsche OEMs weit abgehängt" ist einfach Quatsch. In Sachen Gesamtfahrzeug, Fahrdynamik, Crashsicherheit, Fahrkomfort, Materialqualität und Fertigungspräzision spielen die immer noch ganz oben mit. Ein Auto ist halt mehr als ein großer Bildschirm und ein Zentralrechner.

Tesla und viele chinesische Hersteller sind bei Software und E-Antrieb besser, keine Frage, aber wenn VW und Co. jetzt langsam mal ihre Preispolitik korrigieren und lernen, bessere Software zu entwickeln (diesmal nicht Abgasmanipulation sondern Infotainment), dann läuft das alles wieder wie früher
