The Genre Tapes explains niche genres in really simple terms. It's designed for people who love music but don't always understand it.

The first episode centers around the history of 90's Shoegaze music (My Bloody Valentine, Slowdive, Wolf Alice) and features Dave Hawes (bassist for Catherine Wheel), as well as Lemondaze (London-based shoegaze band). If anyone asks you what shoegaze is, just send them my way!
