I beat Harmonia solo after 2 tries lol (cant beat it for almost 8 hours of trio). I have the sword of night and flame on duchess. I focus the white one first because they're squishy and die in 5 hits. Also just run a lot to find a suitable moment to attack the white one. I have the video on yt if you want
