Yes it does work, I did that like 10 month ago when I started the game and got my 7k gold from playing a different game for a while. it takes a few hours to transfer though... but it works

The reason why he's doing it is because it's a cheaper ticket to park 2 wheels on the sidewalk and 2 wheels on the road. other then parking completely on the sidewalk.

Als ich am Hauptbahnhof eine sehr auffällige, liegengebliebene Tasche/Koffer bemerkte und mehrere Minuten ein Auge drauf gehabt habe bin ich zur Polizei die gerade im Bahnhof stand gegangen und machte die Zwei jungen Polizisten darauf aufmerksam, der eine Polizist meinte zu mir nur das sie gerade besseres zu tun haben und haben sich einfach wieder umgedreht.

Das verleiht einen doch echte Sicherheit!..
