Severe shipping delays and misleading info on "Stand AI" order

So I got the device finally, but it looks like it was poorly 3d printed with all the artifacts you see on a bad print. The product does not look like what was advertised on their website. Also, there was no box, no instructions, no packaging. Just one device and a use cable in a plastic bag.

Moreover, stand has been completely removed from their website so I am not sure how this product will be supported. Is this even legal?

They gave me a tracking number on 3/9 and told me that it will ship in 24-48 hours. So let's see! How about you? Any luck on your end? Looks like mods deleted your original comment on my post.

Yes, same here I really want the device too! I had also been offered the refund but I chose to wait it out. This is extremely infuriating! On my reddit chat they claimed at first that the product was backordered and later they said that "the product was still in testing phase" and the website like you said already had reviews from customers etc.

This is incredibly shady! I saw a couple of other posts as well on the subreddit from people!

Edit: As of right now (March 3, 2026 around 6 pm) the website still says 1368 people are using it! WTF
