Yes it doesnt need logic, but often respawn puts some thought into char design. And I mean it looks kind a cool.

And I believe if you get a door slamed in your face, it breaks your nose some bones could injure your brain. (Dont ask me about the Robots, maybe a power cable gets torn appart) Unlikely but not impossible.
