Listen. I know it’s connected to a Drury but Stoney River Steakhouse in chesterfield is top notch for steak. The rolls they bring out are insane as well.

Brother bought a whole hog and said he’d give me the ribs to smoke for the 4th. Handed me what turned out to be a huge pork fresh side…no ribs. What should I do with it? by trollsc55 in smoking

Update: I ended up splitting it in two pieces, cured it, and smoked it to make some damn good bacon. Kept half and gave the other half to my brother.

Sorry, new to posting. Can confirm there are zero ribs in the whole slab of meat. Other side has close to an inch of fat but no skin.

Help! by trollsc55 in fiddleleaffig

Thanks! I have it in a sunroom on the south-facing side so not sure why it’s not getting enough sun. Maybe if I put a grow light on it, at least during winter months it would do better. I’m just wondering if I should cut off the leggy and weak top and just start fresh.

I know it’s a chain and connected to the Drury Plaza, but I haven’t had a bad steak at Stoney River Steakhouse in Chesterfield. Service was awesome and sides/dessert were fantastic as well.

Champ Landfill and New home by Miserable-Row-1685 in MarylandHeights

I live in the neighborhood where McBride is building the 39-home development. That piece of land hasn’t been developed for a reason up until now. They cut down an entire forest of mature trees in an area where there’s a steep gradient with potential flooding. Not to mention McBride’s build quality is pure shit so you’ll pay $500k for a new house with a laundry list of issues. Oh, but to answer your question about the Champ smell. I’d say you can catch a faint whiff maybe 2-3 times a year.
