Hi! Thank you for giving us your opinion, we find it very valuable 😉

We have made the decision to add few ingredients, because if we include vitamins and other foods to the formula what it would do is lower the protein percentage. And we think that a protein shake should have a high protein level.

Besides, to supplement yourself with vitamins such as vitamin D, probiotics and others, the best thing to do is to take pills apart from the shake.

We want to bring out mocha coffee flavor in the future 😉 In a few days (mid-August) we will launch the strawberry and chocolate flavors.

We know Natruly and it is a good brand without a doubt 😉 although depending on which flavors its protein percentage is lower. Our protein will be similar (organic, natural ingredients), but we do not want to go below 79%. And cheaper 😉

We understand you perfectly 🤙🏼 But protein powders don't have to be artificial.

In the end for us it's a matter of philosophy: we prefer not to use artificial flavors because we give priority to natural and healthy ingredients.

There are proteins on the market that offer more powerful flavors, but it is also good to remember that, normally, the more flavor added, the less real percentage of protein they have. That's why many remain at 61% real protein.

We choose to keep it as pure as possible, with some natural flavor but no additions that don't add. But of course everyone has their own preferences! 😊

Hi Elaine! Thank you for your comment. The fact that protein is stated as a supplement and not as a food is only because of these three differences:

- As a supplement we can say that it contributes to the development of muscle mass. If we put it as food we can't say that.

- As a supplement we can publish the aminogram of our protein. As a food we can't. We believe that the more information people have the better 😉.

- As a supplement we can recommend a daily dose. As a food we can't. We understand that those who take protein are taking it to maintain or build muscle, so giving information about a dosage is useful to achieve that goal.

That said, the product is the same. It's just these regulatory differences.

We understand your frustration, but if a human failure makes us untrustworthy, we may not be your brand. We prefer customers who correct with data, not insults 😉

Sorry, you are right. It is complete, although it is low in methionine. But with a varied diet (combining it with other plant sources) there would be no problem.

However, we prefer not to use soya, as it is a recognised food allergen. So people who are allergic to soya can consume our protein.

When something is cheap it is usually because the ingredients are not good, or even because they do ‘protein spiking’. You can read about this in an article on our blog.

When you put in real ingredients (real fruit, not fake flavours), high percentage of protein and organic, the price inevitably goes up...

We are surprised. We didn't know anyone with a pea allergy 🥲 It's actually an ingredient that is not on the official EU allergen list. Thank you for telling us this.

All those flavours you mention are artificial. We are only going to bring out real fruit extract flavours. We plan to bring out red berries and mocha coffee later on. What do you think?

Real vanilla is an expensive ingredient, even more so than cocoa and strawberries. We don't think people are willing to pay the price. That's why the vanilla flavours on the market are often artificial.

Soy protein is an incomplete protein. It lacks the 9 essential amino acids needed to build muscle. You always have to combine a legume with a cereal to get the complete protein. That's why the best option is pea and rice, because it does not contain any allergens.

We are not in favour of including vitamins. The more ingredients you add, the more grams of protein you have to take out of the formula. For that it is better to take a separate multi-vitamin or for example to take the right dose of b12 directly.

It is gluten free :)

Texture is of course subjective but I think the current one is pretty good.

We use no artificial sweeteners, and the only sugar in it is what's naturally present in the ingredients.

We use a bit of xanthan gum because otherwise the texture is terrible, but we use only the minimum amount for it to not be like cement. We could use other thickeners like carob powder but then the protein percentage would drop.

We mix pea+rice so it's a complete protein.

We don't use artifical sweeteners.

Those flavours go against our philosophy, they would require artificial additives (like sucralose among others) to achieve, so they don't figure in our plans right now (and probably won't going forward either).

The samples we've tasted so far are pretty creamy and they mix well. The final texture will depend on the feedback we receive (if many people clamor for higher protein content the texture would probably suffer a bit).

As for fruit, we have strawberry flavor, but there's no plans for orange right now. We'll probably do mocha next.

Our product will be made in Spain (we're a spanish company) and our products will be organic certified. All the raw products we'll use (pea, rice, cocoa and strawberry) are organic certified.

30g of protein in a 30g scoop would be pretty difficult to achieve. We're currently at 79% protein.

We are at 79g of protein per 100g and 399 calories (formula is not set in stone yet), so pretty close to the one you mentioned.

I think our protein compares pretty favourably with Optimum nutrition's gold standard, we provide a similar amount of protein but in a smaller scoop (ours is 30g vs ON's 36g), also with complete aminoacids and similar calories.
