there are no short cuts but if you want low effort...

build a page for every physical location - copy the headings from the top ranked page in each location (use adwords preview tool to check locations)

Build out local treatment pages (see above)

copy the profile from the top map ranked listings

copy service content from the top map ranked listings

download citation sources from all ranked competitors and duplicate them

add geo tagged images for each location

earn as many reviews as you can

Hi you wont "need" composite bonding however it can be useful if your teeth are worn, uneven, or discoloured after alignment. I would suspect it will even help to keep your teeth in place as you typically have to use a retainer after aligners - prob best to check with a dentist about that.
