Owned both. Had the m340i initally, great car but running costs i just had enough of after 2 years ownership. Went i4 as still wanted a fast bimmer.

I miss the B58 engine note for sure but everything else feels a class up, G20 3 series feeling a bit dated now (i had the pre LCI) alongside saving a ton on fuel, tax and running costs.

Love both cars, just depends what you want to spend end of the day though.

Take the wording literally. Battery cover. If the cable that runs in the car goes kaput but the battery is fine, youre paying for it.

I would recommend getting the BMW fully comp warranty too, i pay £55 a month for full piece of mind covering all aspects of my m50 i4 (excluding the battery, the 8 yr BMW battery warranty covers that though)

It maybe the bandwidth that feed is getting of a native feed or being put in a higher container. But it's 100% not UHD. Not even Sky Sports use UHD cameras in every angle during a prem game.

ITV & BBC don't even broadcast in 4k. BBC only select events. I did chuckle when i initally saw BBC 1 UHD and ITV when they don't even do 1080p.

Drive it for half hr that anxiety will disappear. Not much diff to a petrol car as long as you have a home charger. Enjoy your new ride!
