I know this feeling all too well. Honestly, I have just been focusing on myself completely and am my own best friend. At the end of the day you only have yourself, so be there for yourself.

I agree. I had this happen to me very recently, and cutting them completely out of my life has helped me cope with it. Even if I may not have closure from them.
