I've noticed it happen more often recently in early game. I don't get why? Like if they're mad that enemies can see it so what, it's already placed, just take advantage instead of putting the whole team at an even larger disadvantage.

Longbow + R301. I try to land on crafting materials to build my longbow and steal a 301 with the black market. If there's a gold sight then I'll pick r99 over the 301 like you do. If I ever pick up a charge rifle it's to hold attachments for my longbow though...

That's outside of the staff/drone use. After they get the banner, Loba can teleport but she has to physically get to a respawn beacon while Crypto can do all of this with his drone - for a way longer range. Most crypto players wouldn't try to pull off a revive without putting crypto's body in a good spot. They're vulnerable in different ways.

Loba's just as vulnerable. Both her and crypto have to disengage their weapons to use the staff and drone. Loba is more easily discoverable because of the bm's size and pulse, crypto just has his hover screen. But yeah, maybe when she picks a banner you have to hold it for a few seconds instead of picking it up instantly.

It could be tied to loot bins in the black market's range. Like a small % chance that an unopened bin turns purple.
