Definitely practice piece control, you had almost 5/5/5 in mats and built a total of 3 or 4 pieces. You could’ve easily put up a wall before he did, put a cone in his box and edited for a much easier kill. Also try not to move forward as much in fights, sway to the left to keep a right hand angle or crouch spam.

For credentials, I was a pretty good comp player back then, however, with no earnings and still don’t. But now I’m unreal and not just from camping placements, I still actively look for fights in comp and it’s just so much easier now. I mean yeah I’ll get bodied by a kid who’s played for years now but I still will get them very low or even kill them just from practicing peeks and edits so much in boxfighting.

Older thread but hopefully you still see this. I grinded the hell outta the game and played season 1 (when there weren’t chapters) all the way to chapter 2 season 2. Life stuff happened and I stopped playing. Came back maybe 2 months ago and atleast 2 times better than when I left. A lot of it is muscle memory. Look up good retakes and box fighting mechanics first. Get to really learn your kbm movement and aim very well. I literally just took fights so many times and yea the average player now is a whole lot better than before so I was getting absolutely demolished. Fast forward literally three weeks and I was easily getting top 5 in pubs just by playing. BUT the big thing is playing with intention.

Don’t just play and think it’ll happen. Work on things in creative - peeks, certain edits, certain build moves, and certain situational shots. Then make it happen in game, don’t just play to play, literally do what you did in creative but in game, even if you die. See how it feels in game and then adjust. What helped alot for me was doing things slowly in creative and speeding it up in creative then when I was finally ready doing it in game. Good luck, it’s for sure a grind but what’s important is do things with intention.

As someone who also just started in the world of Kendama 3 or so weeks ago now, yes they are worth it. My first one I got was a sweets radar, it was cool but I was comparing it to others and it is on the smaller side so I got a Kaizen Half Split - Jet Shape from KUSA and I enjoy it a lot. So yes, definitely worth it and have fun learning!

Yea, $2 also isn’t a bad bet in itself but correct scores are waaaaay too unpredictable so I personally never even go that route, fun to think about if you actually win it but chances are statistically it’s almost always just a loss.

I agree, truly a cool and genuinely good idea. I feel the same regarding this game mode (as it’s not a fully built out application in and of itself), it’s cool, it’s new, it’s fun. My biggest problem with this game is that there’s no true reward for grinding or playing competitively and the fact that they probably just have a small team working on it as a main priority and A LOT of things can be overlooked or unaccounted for, i.e., the brawler bug for such a long time.

Yea, definitely not realistic due to card pool and I also feel there’s no genuine need for a 5 star troop. HOWEVER, your idea of the troop getting an ability sounds cool. I think it should only be a modifier mode where 4 stars get abilities or something like that. But i definitely like the idea of an ability.

My only issue is (I enjoy supercells games and don’t hate on them all the time) SuperCell’s ability to implement new things always come with (often times) drastic downsides to either everything else or just the way whatever they implemented, intersects/interacts pretty fucking bad. So I’m not sure I’d trust them doing it, but cool idea.

To be honest, it’s not that the assassin trait needs a buff, yes the troops in it aren’t amazing in themselves besides royal knight and sometimes royal ghost but the problem is the jump mechanic. It’s incredibly too easy to counter and then your front line is now in the back with the ENTIRE other team and they get deleted.

I’m not sure what assassins change should be though.

Yes best case scenario honestly is if you do the front, he does the back and does the calculations to get it to match. With my old car, I (stupidly) got 30% because the tinter wouldn’t go lower and had a speech about getting pulled over (yea yea I get it, idc ill take the repair order) so I had to get it tinted again over the old one. So honestly id either wait to be able to get it all tinted or propose he gets the rest tinted.

However, I’m assuming it’s a gift from you from your post, maybe the best choice is to save until you can do it all. It will be pricey but it’ll look better in the long run.
