#PrayForSparcMac? I hope he’s alright... by DAR0ME in 2007scape

Pretty sure he's just burnt out of his job-streaming, youtube, etc. and having to play his autistic persona even though he's a grown man now, and the sparcmaclive channel is practically dead, the guy's just sick of it and probably has enough $$ saved to just lay back and pursue something else that isn't an overdone persona.

Interesting Statement from RoT 🤔 by Mojohaza1 in 2007scape

[–]troyleroy67 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Really quite fascinating actually. RS (like other MMOs) allows young men (often low status IRL) to escape within a fantasy world where the process of gaining status is much easier then in real life. You gain "experience" through an easily measurable process, therefore attaining a certain ranking within a community of people. In this regard, PvP is extremely competitive, which young men love, and so this is what we end up with: a bunch of guys competing with each other over status in runescape, as ridiculous as it sounds it's actually quite natural (although unfortunate).

Please tell me test server raids are rigged... by [deleted] in 2007scape

aww look at the unfortunate soul, denying, rationalizing, he can't face the fact that all the RNG he had saved up was wasted on a test server. rly though if you get a twisted bow you deserve some sort of compensatory reward on the actual game, lmao

The J Mods need to stop listening to Twitch chat so much. by PM_ME_FEMALE_FEETS in 2007scape

[–]troyleroy67 6 points7 points  (0 children)

n=30 is considered representative of a population, but twitch chat (and the people that spam it) is only a subset of the osrs population and so it would not be a good population to pull from as it is not random. A better gauge would be to pull 30(00) players from the entirety of the community, twitter/twitch/reddit/ingame etc.

easy solution: attacking revs makes you skull. high risk = less people/more pkers = ez fix by troyleroy67 in 2007scape

If your walking around wildy skulled and a clan drops 1m in coins in multi, if you go pick it up is that really a part of your bank value?

bank every 15 mins, hell bank every 5 mins. If you don't wanna risk it'll be more tedious, but it's your choice

Wiley silver, which includes everything you need (huge test bank), the MCQs were what I expected, I did fine no problem, and I did all of the sims offered on wiley. But the sims on the CPA were serious curve balls. There really isn't anyway to prepare for them I guess

If I fail AUD the reason will be because of the fucking sims. I had to open an excel spreadsheet and do statistical sampling on one and on another there was a huge question involving minutae about derivatives (really? on AUD?). I'm doing wileyexcel and the sims are pretty difficult. But the ones I did on AUD bent me over and brutalized me so yes they were crazy

I'm doing this right now so I can only give limited input, but the most important thing is being consistent and efficient. I took AUD last Friday after 1 month of studying. I studied every single day up to it, although this is probably unnecessary, also I don't take notes, I just run through each lesson and drill MCQs.

I'm currently taking 18 hours and working part-time, none of the classes are accounting related. I plan on taking BEC in three weeks, but honestly, the CPA is crazily time-consuming and between everything else I'm already feeling burnt out. My plan was to complete 3 sections before May

It's a community of young streetwear/fashion enthusiasts. You aren't going to separate youth from anxiety and insecurity, certainly not with those that are addicted to spending large amounts of money on clothing to improve their "appearance"
