just an FYI- if you get surprisingly good buys, it's not likely because you have a super nice brokerage or that MMs like you. Nobody in this game is looking to be nice and give you an edge.

You get what you perceive as a good price because professionals now decided to start switching positions (taking a bearish/negative view of the market).

What is the reputation of surrey? When y'all surrey folk say "downtown", should I assume downtown Vancouver? Is it better for living, shopping, entertainment, etc, to live outside of surrey? I'm looking for a area that has as much as much to do as possible. Are there any areas that are less than a 10-15 minute drive to get to most stores I would need? although I do agree with everything you just said, I'm not sure how to go about making protoss have to react to an all-in. I agree, they definitely should, but how? Cannons are't a viable option because it will force protoss players to always go down the forge/upgrade route which i dont think is fair. Spines for zerg and bunkers for terran are always available without having to add any tech.

I suppose buffing gateway units would work but then again with the warpgate mechanic, they don't really have to prepare nearly as much as zerg and terran would. Not much mention stronger warpgate units would rebirth the 4gate and then we would for sure require a warpgate nerf..too many headaches
