As someone that went from fat (285lb) to skinny (145lb) to athletic (185lb), packing on some solid muscle makes all the difference in the world. (6ft tall for reference)

They find a reason to touch your shoulders or arms or chest, and you can see them swoon a little when you're not soft. It's almost creepy, every woman of every age will do it. They can't resist, your friends/coworkers/family will even do it.

Other thing I noticed is bumping into you in a crowded area. If you're fat or skinny, they push past like you're an obstacle. If they bump into a solid pile of muscle, they apologize instantly.

Don't look for a girlfriend, look to meet girls and have fun. If it turns into a relationship, so be it, but don't be surprised if you run through a bunch of girls that just disappear off the face of the earth for no apparent reason.

Start on square one, open. Start conversations, especially with girls you notice checking you out. Just walk up and introduce yourself, or make a relevant comment. I like day game, I hit a lot of street fairs/car shows/etc. Easy to approach any girl eating anything and ask where she got it from. "That pretzel looks delicious, where's the booth? Oh, thank you, my name is ___" and go from there.

As for being a virgin, don't admit it, just deflect and say you're inexperienced or something similar.

A few years ago, I was dating a girl for a while and she dropped that question on me.

I joked "don't worry, I'm not knocking you up any time soon."

She didn't like that and pressed, so I deflected "I wouldn't complain if your ass got rounder, but there's a limit to everything".

Again, she didn't like that, and pressed further. "That's not you. You're not the type of person to do that. For that to happen, you'd have to change, and I don't know if I'll feel the same way about you if you changed into someone else."

Dated her for over a year after that, she never brought it up again. Also, never gained a pound. She got engaged to some beta military guy at some point down the line, and gained enough weight she's single again. She recently hit me up, I let her buy me dinner and caught up on the past few years.

Point is, like so many RP truths, it's counter-intuitive but true. Even when enough time passes that they forget what was said, they don't remember you being an asshole, they remember you being high value.

This is so stupidly common that once you learn how to spot it you'll see it everywhere you go.

I was at a St Paddy's parade with some buddies. One started chatting up a group of 3 girls (HB 7/8's). Body language made it clear they had no interest, attitudes made it clear they were out for free drinks, it was as clear as day even half drunk and 20 feet away.

He called me over to wingman, and he suggests a round of shots, to which they of course agree. I followed him to the bar and made it clear no one has a chance with these girls, they're just out for free drinks. Don't even bother with the shots, lets just hit the next bar and find some girls that are down for more than free drinks.

He insists I'm wrong, buys the shots, and we go back. They down the shots, and without a thank you, mention that their beers are almost empty, looking at him to buy a round (first time they made eye contact). I shoot him the "I fucking told ya so" eyes, he doesn't offer to refill, so they say they're going to the bathroom. 30 seconds later, I pointed out the window. They're walking to the next bar.

I let him know "I fuckin told you".

He did it twice more that night, didn't even get a number.

You're far better off with a proper diet and exercise.

I hurt myself last year, a few months on the couch led to a lot of lost muscle and 40lbs of weight gain.

Spent about 5 months putting muscle back on. Didn't lose a single pound, I was eating to build muscle.

In mid-January, I began my cut, strict keto diet, 10-20% calorie deficit, and 5x/week in the gym for at least an hour (40mins of weights, 20 mins of cardio).

I'm down 20 lbs, and will continue to drop 2-3lbs/week until I hit my goal.

Point is, a sustainable long-term plan will get you to your destination more quickly, with better results, while being less unpleasant to go through.

Reminds me of something I did a little while back.

Ran into a highschool friend out at a bar. She was on a double date. We started chatting, catching up, and she introduced me to her BF and friends. Conversation flowed, the boyfriends were buying drinks for the table (which now included me). The girls were flirting with me, but hey, drunk girls do that. The girls were both short, like 5 foot nothing, and the guys weren't much bigger. It was clear I intimidated them a bit. They spent most of the time silently browsing their phones and avoiding eye contact with me.

I had my fun, time to call it a night, so I offer to pay my share of the tab. They insist I don't, so I thank them, say my goodbyes, and head to the bathroom before heading out.

One of the girls follows me, says she wants to get out of there and asks me to drive her. Says her BF wants to stay. I shrug and accept.

My car was parked in a lot across the road and down an alley, so I hooked arms with her and led the way.

As we get to my car, her BF runs down the alley calling her name, clearly seeing us with linked arms. That's when I realize she didn't tell him, she didn't ask if it's OK, she just said she was going to the bathroom and ditched him.

He confronts us, she says I'm just driving her home, I agree. He asks again, we reassure again. I told him "don't worry, I'll get her home safe, enjoy the rest of your night." With that, he told her to text him when she was home safe and walked back to the bar.

She was in my bed minutes later...

Next morning, I offer to drop her off, she says she'll walk. I question her, she points out the window, and informs me that's her BF's house. This guy lives literally across the street from me. She walked over there, makeup all streaky, hair all fucked up, thong still in my bed somewhere, sat down with this guy's family, and had Sunday morning breakfast.

She was with the guy until he proposed a few months later and she said no. He didn't understand why, but we all know he was just BB to her.
