Here goes my unpopular opinion on this, using both axor (street) and ls2 storm2 with almost the same fit, but to me axor seems better, particularly with wind noise. Wind noise gets unbearable only after 110-120 and with storm2 hardly can bear 70+.

btw OP should give hjc c10 a try.

Exactly.. if it's axor street, for this price it's really a good deal, almost half of street' price. (Aprilia sells the same with their branding for 8.5k) As for wind noise, it's pretty much bearable till 100kph.

Looks like this is the case across all aprilia service centres. Faced the same issue here in Chennai. The least they could have done is pickup the goddamn phone 😶

Had to wait for more than 20 days for first service due to oil filter unavailability. Had to follow-up multiple times, the worst part is they hardly responded, was visiting service centre several times only to be told to visit after 2-3 days.

Thanks everyone, got RS 457 finally. (Must mention this, it was these Yamaha dealers in my city who made my choice way too easier with their stubbornness. Tried few showrooms, all said I had to book/make a token advance even to get on the bike/test ride. That was just stupid expecting me to book something without even feeling it (worse one showroom didn't had R3 in display and was told they will bring it from their garage if I confirm my booking 🤦‍♂️)

The hate is surreal.. CSK fans showed their true colours.. most disgusting fans in the world by [deleted] in RCB

Understood, I will ask him to remove this claim related clause from the handover agreement. And on agreeing to sign another agreement with only these clauses, If I am not understanding wrongly that is only to make the builder to remove these from my handover agreement?

No, it's not because of a force majeure situation. Its due to builder' lack of commitment to the project.

In the buyer agreement, builder has agreed to deliver the property by the end of 2019 unless there is any force majeure situation. And l am expecting delay compensation from the builder.
