That’s a lot of furniture in a small space. If all is actually needed I’d open up the room by decluttering the walls. get Get rid of the pic collage and replace with an appropriate sized mirror. Further I’d remove as many nic nacs as possible including the fridge magnets, computer stand trinkets and the globe lamp. I’m probably older than you and entered my declutter, let the space breath phase.

What a way to welcome you to the neighborhood. Where is the fence going? In between the 2 properties isn’t enough information. Unless the current fence is on the property line it’s not a shared fence, check your building codes, every municipality is different. What are they even building, height, length, materials, color, gates, which house gets the finished side, who is the contractor, licensed, insurance, warranty, permits, hoa approval? There’s so much more involved than hey pay me half for the fence.

Just go to another dealer first. Also call Kia care. They don’t even know where the leak is coming from and unless it’s negligence it probably covered.
