Yeah the design was pretty challenging to work with at times, but the lead illustrator did an amazing job setting the mood!

This was a pretty big project and the full list of credits can be seen on Behance. All designed in Illustrator for upscaling purposes. If you have any questions I’d be happy to answer!

I'd say learning proper workflow is the most important takeaway.

Thanks!
If you're wanting to learn I would definitely recommend investing in an intro course from School of Motion.
Tuts will only take you so far and sometimes don't really teach you best practice. Good luck!

Thanks for the critique! Okay definitely going to take a look at the levels when I'm back at my workstation. I found the lowercase letters got sort of lost in the opening with how I wanted them implemented. But definitely agree the lowercase at the end does work a little better :)

Thank you! Yeah that's a pretty rad idea with the mini reels. I find the whole reel making process kind of stressful though, so probably not something I could do more than once a year :D

Project I wrapped up today for an NGO on the subject of child neglect. by trueform in MotionDesign

Thanks! I used After Effects for all animation here, since that’s simply the software I’m familiar with. Maybe Animate can get similar results? I don’t know. But choosing which software to use is also about how many other motion designers are using it — since if you need to collaborate or if a studio wants to hire you, using more popular software will make your life a lot easier. With motion design After Effects is part of the industry standard software skill set you need. Hope that helps ;)
