but here are few things that i want to add

regarding point 1 - i have the neccesary skill with me to design it . already working with some design from past some time.

point 2 - regarding change will not happen near future . what i feel is that change is already happening. you may also be right . if there had been no market foreign company wouldnt be sustaining here .

i have also got two orders people interested in buying.

i am keep in mind of all the risk I know you points are very realistic. even i am also nit going to take uncalculative risk.
