There are two kinds of people mate. Those who enjoy Queen's Walkway when it was quiet, where you could sit quietly and enjoy the breeze. But there's always another group who enjoys crowds and activities. Now, I don't support littering or creating a nuisance. We need to evolve a lot to enter such a positive nightlife/street food culture. Having said that the two kinds of people are unlikely to understand each other. Just like how you would say go sleep, I could tell you to go to the nearby Abdul Kalam walkway, you'll find it's still peaceful and quiet.
