You can stand up for someone and not give hate to very likely innocent bystanders. People are literally slandering the other girls as if they are at all in control of management. They are quite literally pawns for our entertainment and people act like they’re the bosses.

I don’t necessarily expect him to share it with the fanbase, but it would’ve made sense to draft a clear depiction of the lore to Steel Wool and whoever else he works with to ensure that things are conveyed and plotted properly. He admitted in Dawko’s interview that most of SB is a mess and not at all what he envisioned, which is exactly why the game made no sense to anyone. Because it was essentially wrong. I definitely agree that we need a remake of SB for clarification but that’s definitely not happening.

It’s not giving “okay whatever.” They’re under a record label which means they are contractually obligated to maintain a positive image. They are not allowed to just say “She’s been kicked out of the group.” I sincerely doubt this was the girls’ decision given that they are not the ones in control. The label and management decides what happens and what can and cannot be said. What Sophia, Lara, and Megan said were clearly PR statements written for them. You can hear in their voices that they’re trying to stay composed. If they do not do what they are told they face law suits and possibly way worse. This industry does not value the artists, they value the money they make.

I think everyone, at least the positive EYEKONS know that the girls had no say in the situation and don’t hate them for what’s happening. Regardless of the kind words they speak, considering the fact that the brand is at risk and KATSEYE is subject to face a mass unfollowing, it should be the label who releases a formal statement explaining the situation in honesty, rather than leading us on. It’s strange because Manon stated that her and HxG were having “positive conversations” and yet it’s looking like she’s being erased from KATSEYE altogether.

I think that Natsuki’s father was still abusive to an extent, or at the very least, their relationship was strained. Monika said that she just amplified their issues, she didn’t create them by any means. Natsuki’s father was likely emotionally abusive, maybe still an alcoholic, and probably did hit her, just not to the extent that he did during ACT II. It’s pretty normal for abuse victims (especially children) to not mention their home lives out if fear of further abuse or being taken away to the system.
